Red Door Homes is a property management and development company.  We have two sides to our business, purchasing and leasing.  Below is an accurate description of both.

Leasing

We lease properties on a five year lease contract which will guarantee your income for five years. We design and decorate the property in-line with our social and green policies and using our design boards.  We fully manage your properties so that your only responsibilities will be structural, electrical and gas.  We then tenant the property with young professionals who share our values. 

 

For the contract period you will receive: guaranteed monthly rent, all you have to pay is your mortgage (if you still have one) and your building insurance (to protect your asset)

 

We will manage the property, the tenants, the marketing – everything, nothing for you to worry about ever again.

Purchasing

Red Door Homes purchases residential properties and existing shared houses in Worcester, Gloucester and Cheltenham. 

 

Red Door Homes uses partners to facilitate some of our projects. Partnerships can be flexible terms to suit both parties (but sharing our values is important). They can be hands on or hands off joint ventures, Earn While You Learn joint ventures or just supporting projects for a good return.
